We are dedicated to repopulating and restoring the original Louisiana Assembly that has been inactive for over 150 years. We are also committed to restoring the Louisiana land and soil jurisdiction Common law (public law) court system. Which will resolve disputes through truth, justice and honor, under full disclosure. This can only be done by living men and women who are ready, willing and able to properly declare their political status as American State Citizens and accept the responsibilities that come with this valiant commitment.

This website is dedicated to raising awareness about the foreign-owned corporations fraudulently masquerading as our government. These foreign entities have infiltrated our schools, our communities, political offices, our monetary system, the military and influential businesses. They have intentionally inverted the government power structure and they have committed massive crimes against generations of naive Americans.
This information is intended to help Louisiana men and women, learn the truth and what can peacefully be done to take back our country. You need to know that your identity as an American has been stolen.
You have been misidentified as a
"United States Citizen" (Territorial Citizen)
and then redefined as a
"Citizen of the United States"
(Municipal CITIZEN).
And neither one of those "PERSONS" are eligible to RECEIVE BACK CREDIT which is owed to you as an American State National or American State Citizen.
“US Citizens” cannot own physical land because they are presumed to be tenants not landlords. In all cases where “US Citizens” not ‘American Nationals’, live in homes or on land in this country, they only have tenant rights, even if they have paid off their Mortgages.
If your Property Taxes (rent forever) are not paid, you will lose your property. Once you have declared on the Public Record that you are an ‘American National’, it all changes.
‘American Nationals’ not employed by the government do not have to pay Federal Income Taxes.
Corporations cannot Address living people unless men/women are tricked into admitting they are artificial persons?
"No government, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. can concern itself with anything other than corporate, artificial persons and the contracts between them.”
The Pledge of Allegiance is an undisclosed entrapment into contract ceding authority to represent the individual inhabitants and the American Republic to “the United States of America” similar to what happens when an unwary individual hires a lawyer to “represent” them and “stand for” them in a court.

The United States Civil Flag of Peacetime
The U.S. Military Flag
The Civil Flag of Peace was created in 1799 by Secretary of the Treasury Oliver Wolcott, Jr.
He was the 2nd United States Secretary of the Treasury.
A United States Circuit Judge of the United States Circuit Court for the Second Circuit and the 24th Governor of Connecticut.
It was intended to be used during times of peace, denoting civil jurisdiction under the Constitution and Common Law.
It has vertical stripes, blue stars on white background and was last flown before the Civil War.
The U.S. Military Title IV Flag we know today went through a few variations and was first raised in 1775.
The first version was with the British Union Jack and 13 white and red stripes signifying the unity of the original Colonies. First flown by George Washington at the Siege of Boston.
The second version was in 1776 when Congress directed that a U.S. Flag consist of 13 horizontal stripes, alternating red and white, the union would be 13 stars; white in a blue field, representing a new constellation.
The latest version is "Old Glory" as we all know it with 50 stars and 13 stripes. Which was put into use in 1960 with the 50th star representing Hawaii.
Nathaniel Hawthorne's Scarlet Letter, which was published in 1850 before the War Between the State has the following description; "From the loftiest point of it's roof, during precisely three and a half hours of each forenoon, floats
or droops, in breeze or calm, the banner of the republic; but with the thirteen
stripes turned vertically, instead of horizontally, and thus indicating that a civil,
and not a military, post of Uncle Sam's government is here established."

So here is the story as it is usually told:
Philadelphia, 1787
The delegates to the Constitutional Convention are leaving Independence Hall after deciding on the general structure for the new United States. A crowd has gathered outside of the building and as Benjamin Franklin walks out an elderly lady wearing a shawl asks him, " Well, Doctor, what do we have, a republic or a monarchy?" As to this he is said to have replied, "A republic, if you can keep it."
